Terms & Services
These Terms outline the conditions under which Sarah Choo Jing (“the Artist”, “I”, “me”) undertakes commissions and collaborative projects. By engaging with my services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following:

1. Scope of Service
I offer commissioned works across photography, video, and installation. Each project is tailored to the Client and defined by a written brief or agreement.

2. Ownership & Usage
All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of the Artist unless otherwise agreed. Usage rights — including exhibition, reproduction, or publication — are granted as specified per project. Any additional usage requires written permission.

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all relevant materials, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays may impact timelines or incur additional costs.

4. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed in advance and typically structured in phases: deposit, progress payment(s), and final balance. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, work completed to date will be invoiced.

5. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery schedules will be discussed and confirmed in writing. While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or Client-side changes may require rescheduling.

6. Liability
The Artist commits to delivering work with care and professionalism. Liability is limited to the total fee paid by the Client. The Artist is not responsible for third-party claims arising from usage outside the agreed terms.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing. In such cases, the Client remains responsible for payment of work completed.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved through mediation in the first instance, followed by legal resolution if necessary.
